Documents Required for Company Incorporation in MASDAR City Freezone:

Proposed name of the entity at Masdar City
Proposed legal structure of the entity
If it is an LLC who would be the owner, In case the owner would be a company then we would need a copy of the certificate of incorporation of the Company and if it is an individual we would need his/her passport copy. For branch we require certificate of incorporation of parent Company.
Activity of the proposed company
Proposed Company’s (in Masdar City) manager’s passport copy with visa page and contact details (email, tel., mobile etc…)
Application deposit of AED 2,000 (non-refundable, this would be adjusted towards the registration fee)
Submitting original Arabic NOC and the Undertaking letter.

* There is a minimum capital deposit of AED 50,000 required for setting up a Limited Liability company

Time Span: 10 working days
